Information you provide

The service request form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code and a description of the job. Email is optional. A request made from a service page also identifies that service. Please do not send payment information, identification documents or other sensitive details through this form.

The information is used to respond to your request and discuss the work. Sending the form does not create an account, book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.

Request delivery and service providers

Form messages are sent to BP Plumbing by email using Resend. The email service and the company’s email provider process the information needed to deliver and store those messages. The website does not maintain a separate database of form submissions.

If the site cannot confirm that the email provider accepted a request, it displays an error and asks you to call. A successful form message confirms submission, not an appointment or a guaranteed response time.

Technical information and spam prevention

Hosting and network providers may process request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page and time of access to deliver and secure the website. The form uses a hidden field, a submission-timing check and short-lived request counters to limit automated submissions.

This version of the website does not add analytics or advertising pixels, create visitor accounts or set application cookies. Fonts are served with the website. Security features operated by the eventual hosting provider may also process technical information.

Links to other services

Google Maps, social profiles and the financing application open external websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. This website does not collect financing applications or credit information; any information you choose to enter on the provider’s site is handled there.

Retention and your choices

Messages received by the business and its email providers may be kept for handling the request, service records and applicable obligations. Contact BP Plumbing to ask about access, correction, deletion or limits on further contact. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business requirements.

The form is intended for people arranging plumbing services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact the business so it can review the request.
